WP Glossary – How To Make A List Of All My Terms

Basic example:

[glossary_term_list /]

In sets, so you can style into columns:

[glossary_term_list cols=3 /]

With excerpts

[glossary_term_list desc='excerpt' /]

Full description

[glossary_term_list desc='full' /]

Restrict by group:

[glossary_term_list group='wordpress' /]

These can be combined:

[glossary_term_list group='mysql' desc='full' cols=2 /]

  1. Hi. Love your simple Glossary plugin for WP. I am creating a site for diamonds now, and there lots of terms to define. If it would be possible to create a function in the plugin that installs an option to search on the current page being edited, find all terms in the glossary, and automatically link them, it would save me many hours of doing that manually.

Thanks. Let me know if you want to tackle that. I will gladly donate and help you in any way I can.

  2. Hi, Love this plugin.
I’d really like to be able to display the list of terms in the sidebar in a widget. Can’t see an easy way of doing that. Any suggestions?
    Thank you

  3. Hi! Im using [glossary_term_list /] to list all my glossary entries… Is there an option to get the “A B C D E … Z” navigation bar on top?
